Refund Policy

1. Proof Approval
  • Before production, we send every customer a digital proof for approval.

  • Once approved, production begins, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

2. Refunds & Reprints

Refunds or reprints will only be offered if:

  • The product received is materially different from the approved proof.

  • The product is defective or damaged due to production error.

  • The order is lost during shipping (confirmed by carrier).

3. Exclusions

We cannot issue refunds or reprints for:

  • Errors present in customer-submitted artwork/files.

  • Typos, spelling mistakes, or design errors approved in the proof.

  • Color variations due to screen differences (we use industry-standard practices but cannot guarantee exact color matching).

4. Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is an error with your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue so we can review.

  • We’ll work quickly to resolve the matter and, if eligible, arrange a refund or reprint.

Terms & Conditions

 

By placing an order with Lumify Printing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payment
  • A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

  • Full payment is required before pickup or shipment.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

2. Artwork & Proofs
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted artwork is correct, complete, and high resolution.

  • Lumify Printing is not responsible for errors (spelling, grammar, layout, resolution) approved in final proofs.

  • Once a proof is approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the design and content.

3. Turnaround Times
  • Production begins only after proof approval and deposit payment.

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of order but may vary due to material availability, volume, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping & Delivery
  • Lumify Printing is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is picked up by the carrier.

5. Cancellations
  • Orders may only be canceled before proof approval.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.

6. Limitation of Liability
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product ordered.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use all content (logos, images, fonts, etc.).

  • Lumify Printing is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-submitted designs.

8. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
